how it works:
Minimum commitment: Just 2 hours per month for a 3-month term (with one month’s notice to cancel after that).
Note: The first hour is often used for our monthly check-in and planning, so I recommend 4+ hours per month to get the most value.
Flexible usage: Hours can be used for any creative service I offer. You can add extra hours whenever you need them. If you want to reduce your hours, this can be done after the initial 3-month period.
Pricing:
$100 + GST per hour for the first 5 hours each month
$80 + GST per hour for any hours over 5

Product or branding photography (Studio sessions will incur an additional cost for hire fees)

Monthly check-in via email or call to prioritise work

01. DISCOVERY
This on-the-house meeting can be in person or online.
During the meeting we will discuss your business needs, goals, and what you hope to achieve by working together.
Based on the above, I can make suggestions for how many hours per month I would recommend, and how I see those hours best being used.
02. CONTRACT
After our discussion, I will send through a contract with all the formal bits & bobs.
This will outline what package you have selected, the cost per month, and also highlight any potential ad-ons.
Signing this contract will lock you in to a minimum of 3 months worth of work with Studio 90Nine.
03. MONTHLY CHECK IN
Based on your needs as discussed above, we will have our first monthly check in either via email, or on a video call / in person to map out the first month of work.
This is where we will make a list of what you need done, and organise it in order of priority to make sure you get the best use of your hours.
04. DELIVERY
You will receive your deliverables as they are completed, and we will keep in touch to let you know if you have any remaining hours to fill before the end of month.
I will be flexible about carrying over 1-2 unused hours per month, however this will be dependant on my pre-booked work load.
05. ONGOING SUPPORT
My work doesn’t stop after delivery. I offer ongoing support to help you navigate your new assets, answer any questions, and assist with future projects as your business evolves.
