This monthly retainer gives your business access to a skilled creative partner for design, content, and photography support, without the cost or commitment of hiring in-house. You’ll have dedicated studio time each month to use however you need, from new website pages and marketing collateral to product photography or fresh templates for your socials.

What Your Retainer Includes:

Each month, you will receive set number of studio hours.
In our discovery meeting we will discuss your budget and business goals to agree on the amount of hours you will pay for per month.

Your studio time can be used for any of the following:

  • Graphic design (socials, PDFs, digital/print assets)

  • Website updates or new page designs

  • Branding updates

  • Product or branding photography (Studio sessions will incur an additional cost for hire fees)

  • Strategy or content planning sessions

  • Monthly check-in via email or call to prioritise work

  • Can be used to split up a larger project into more manageable payments

01. Discovery

This on-the-house meeting can be in person or online.
During the meeting we will discuss your business needs, goals, and what you hope to achieve by working together. 

Based on the above, I can make suggestions for how many hours per month I would recommend, and how I see those hours best being used.

02. Sign a Contract

After our discussion, I will send through a contract with all the formal bits & bobs. 
This will outline what package you have selected, the cost per month, and also highlight any potential ad-ons.

Signing this contract will lock you in to a minimum of 3 months worth of work with Studio 90Nine.

03. 1st Monthly Check-In

Based on your needs as discussed above, we will have our first monthly check in either via email, or on a video call / in person to map out the first month of work.

This is where we will make a list of what you need done, and organise it in order of priority to make sure you get the best use of your hours.

04. Delivery

You will receive your deliverables as they are completed, and we will keep in touch to let you know if you have any remaining hours to fill before the end of month.

I will be flexible about carrying over 1-2 unused hours per month, however this will be dependant on my pre-booked work load.

05. Ongoing Support

My work doesn’t stop after delivery. I offer ongoing support to help you navigate your new assets, answer any questions, and assist with future projects as your business evolves.
